Job Description:
- Work as part of global team responsible for creating new MCU products. Collaborate with manager and engineers from Digital Design, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Applications, and Marketing to specify, build, and release new products to production.
- Collaborate with Architecture to refine and optimize analog module definitions.
- Quickly and accurately respond to requests from our customers for additional information on and/or modifications to previously designed analog blocks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior managers and engineers.
- This job requires excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics and 5+ years of analog IC design management experience.
- Must have experience in CMOS analog design in several of the following areas: Low power, precision circuits, ADCs, opamps, DCOs, comparators, bandgap references, PLLs, voltage regulators, charge pumps, and/or touch sensors.
- Proven track record that demonstrates a thorough understanding of the tradeoffs involved in design and layout of analog circuits in an area and power constrained environment.
- Layout / layout management experience is a plus.
- Excellent English language oral and written communication skills.
