    Job DescriptionSalary: 100,000-140,000


    Senior Accountant

    Responsibilities:
    Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement.
    Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities.
    Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
    Utilize accounting software to record financial transactions and generate reports.
    Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.


    Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial accounting or related role, including experience in FP&A.
    Strong knowledge of financial concepts, principles, and practices, with a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
    Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
    Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
    Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    Experience with bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
    Knowledge of corporate finance principles and financial services industry.

    Must have experience with the preparation for and execution of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), including regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with external auditors and underwriters.

    Pay:
    $100, $140,000.00 per year depending on experience
