    Marketing Specialist - Cincinnati, United States - d.e & Associates

    Description

    • Lead the execution of marketing projects from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration - including writing, graphic design and presentations
    • Create, maintain, and enhance marketing documents, formal proposals, graphics and other items
    • Work closely with end users to create documents in line with company brand standards
    • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and constant review
    Required skills and qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
    • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
    • Creating items in Canva, PowerPoint and other systems
    Preferred skills and qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
    • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
    • Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
