Our company operates a marketplace for contact center services, connecting over 10,000 talented individuals to more than 70 corporate clients.

We have developed a new delivery model for outsourced customer experience services, ready to disrupt one of the largest industries in the world.

As a Community Marketing Specialist (M/F/d) at Yoummday, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement effective strategies to attract freelancers and remote workers to our platform.

This will involve identifying and utilizing key online and offline channels for talent acquisition, with the goal of increasing outreach and conversion rates.

You will be based in our Munich office, working in a hybrid office model.

Your tasks will include:

Channel Strategy: Creating and executing multichannel marketing strategies to attract talents, utilizing a variety of channels such as offline campaigns, job boards, online platforms, and social media (including social media groups).
Partnerships & Influencers: Building partnerships with industry influencers, collaborating with freelancers, and leveraging their networks to expand our reach.
Analytics & Optimization: Using data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, optimizing channels for maximum acquisition, and tracking talent acquisition KPIs.
Events & Webinars: Organizing virtual and inperson events, webinars, and workshops targeting CX professionals and freelance workers, showcasing the value proposition and opportunities offered by
