    Description


    Yorkshire of Edina, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join our growing team.

    Yorkshire of Edina Senior Living is located in Edina, off a bus route, between Southdale Mall and the YMCA. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 96-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Yorkshire of Edina provides a growing leadership team and staff. Join our team today

    Shifts Available: Full-Time AMs, PMs, and Overnights

    HHA Wage: $17-$22/HR

    CNA Wage: $19-$24/HR

    Shift Differential: $1 PM, $2 Overnight
    Sign on Bonus: $1000 Full Time, $500 Part Time

    In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
    • CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
    • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
    • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
    • Assist with medication administration.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
    • Strong interest in healthcare.
    • Positive, compassionate attitude.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
