    Cedar Creek, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an HHA/CNA to join our growing team

    Cedar Creek Senior Living is located not far from Highway 65 in East Bethel.     Shifts Available: Part-Time Mornings 7a-3p & Full-Time Evenings 3p-11p, Every other weekend required
    HHA Wage: $17-$22
    CNA Wage: $19-$24
    Shift Differential: PM: Extra $1/hr

    In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
    • CNA's and HHA'sprovide direct care toall genders ofresidents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.
    • Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
    • Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.
    • Assistwith medication administration.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
    • Strong interest in healthcare.
    • Positive, compassionate attitude.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
