What can you expect?

  • You will take on tasks related to project management internally, including ensuring the fulfillment of contracts for supervised projects and structuring and organizing projects for all project participants
  • You will coordinate and advise clients and their planning teams
  • You will manage and monitor the interfaces between the client and stakeholders
  • You will conduct procurement procedures (e.g. according to VgV, VOL, VOB), review offers, and prepare contracts
  • You will take on technical, scheduling, and commercial project responsibility and plan the resource and cash flow

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, urban planning, project management, industrial engineering, or a similar field
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in planning, construction management, or project control of development and transportation projects
  • You have a solid understanding of construction project management, planning and administrative law (HOAI, VgV, VOB), as well as basic knowledge of contract management
  • You have an affinity for digital work and are proficient in MS Office and project management software
  • You think and act proactively and results-oriented and have conceptual and analytical skills
  • You have fluent German skills (C2 level) and are a strong communicator in both written and spoken form
