Your main responsibilities

As Head of IT, you will play a crucial role in the strategic development, organization, and management of our IT department.

Your duties will include establishing our IT as a professional, internal service provider, as well as continuously developing our IT security management.

You will also focus on identifying new technologies, trends, and best practices.


  • You will lead and manage our IT department, improve workflows, and ensure a continuous flow of information and employee development
  • You will act as an internal service provider, ensuring smooth IT operations and services, and monitoring the success of your department based on defined key performance indicators
  • You will be responsible for quality assurance of IT projects in collaboration with the Digital Office, and ensure compliance with legal and internal OOWV guidelines
  • You will further develop the IT strategy and foster a culture of innovation within your department. You will also monitor the market and identify opportunities to integrate new technologies in order to optimize our business processes
