Shipping Clerk (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d) for our shipping and logistics department in Bielefeld, initially on a two-year contract.

Your contribution to success
You can bring your potential and grow with us by taking on the following tasks:

Ensuring timely shipment of goods
Preparing freight and export documents in compliance with export, export control, security, transportation, and environmental regulations
Notifying carriers of shipments and reserving freight space
Organizing special shipments and negotiating prices with carriers
Documenting shipping processes

Your qualifications

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a freight forwarder or industrial clerk
Previous experience in a similar position, preferably with knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Independent and resultsoriented work style
Responsible, flexible, reliable, communicative, and teamoriented
