    Description

    als Mechanical Design Engineer krijg je de kans om samen te werken met gerenommeerde bedrijven zoals Shell, BP, Petronas en lokale geothermische bedrijven. Werk nauw samen met interne teams en externe belang hebbende om baanbrekende booroplossingen te bedenken en te ontwikkelen. Jouw dagelijkse taken :

    Vertaal technische uitdagingen in de boortechniek naar hoogwaardige boorproducten, waarbij de unieke behoeften van onze klanten worden aangepakt.
    Toezien op en optimaliseren van wereldwijde productie- en reparatieprocessen van onze boorgereedschappen, waarbij kwaliteit en efficiëntie worden gegarandeerd.
    Ontwerp nieuwe producten en pas bestaande aan, waarbij gedetailleerde tekeningen worden gemaakt om het productieproces te begeleiden.
    Gebruik CFD- en FEA-technieken voor uitgebreide analyses van zowel nieuwe als bestaande producten, waarbij optimale prestaties en betrouwbaarheid worden gegarandeerd.
    Neem eindverantwoordelijkheid voor juridische zaken met betrekking tot alle producten, waarbij wordt voldaan aan relevante regelgeving en normen.
    Werk aan verschillende projecten, waaronder het uitvoeren van gereedschapsexperimenten, analyseren van gereedschapsprestaties, en samenwerken met klanten om innovatieve gereedschappen te ontwerpen.

    Functie-eisen

    Werktuigbouwkunde diploma op universitair niveau (bachelor of master).
    Meerdere jaren ervaring in verschillende technische rollen.
    Kennis van niet-lineaire FEA-analyse, CFD-analyse, Inventor/Ansys-software, en vaardigheid in 3D CAD-software.
    Bepalen van component specificaties (materiaal, hardheid, behandeling).
    R&D-vaardigheden en een creatieve technische kijk.
    Creatief en in staat om out-of-the-box te denken.
    Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Engels.
