- Collaborate with a team of technical professionals to support daily operations and future objectives by applying CAD-based design expertise to various engineering projects.
- Generate and modify detailed drawings, sketches, and layouts using SolidWorks software.
- Create or adapt intricate layouts and drawings based on customer requirements from written or verbal instructions.
- Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with industry standards and company design principles.
- Coordinate with engineers on model precision, designs, drafting standards, and project documentation.
- Manage the project lifecycle to introduce new product designs and updates in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with application engineers, sales engineers, and manufacturing to devise solutions aligned with client criteria.
- Execute any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats across all company interfaces.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of engineering principles and the ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
- Display attention to detail, adhere to a set schedule, and show dependability.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
The Design Engineer should hold an associate degree in engineering/design or related field, with 2-4 years of mechanical design experience, and must possess solid knowledge of SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. A bachelor's degree in engineering/design or related field, along with 2+ years of mechanical design experience, is preferred.
