- Overseeing the functional areas of the department, establishing best practices including managing Digital Marketing functions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engage customers, and generate leads.
- Craft and manage email marketing strategies to nurture leads effectively through the sales funnel.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, SEO initiatives, and email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies.
- Oversee the maintenance and content strategy for the company website ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- Analyze digital marketing analytics across all channels, including website traffic, PPC campaign results, email marketing metrics, and social media engagement.
- Share insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Work closely with content, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing strategies across all channels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all digital marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with marketing objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, email marketing, database management, and digital content strategies.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, exhibit flexibility, prioritize, attend to detail, solve problems, make decisions, manage time, adapt to change, and remain calm and positive under pressure.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Proficient with marketing analytics tools, email marketing platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
