Due to an internal change of the current position holder, we are looking for:

CRM Application Administrators (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Technical support of the global Salesforce CRM environment: further development, implementation of change requests, release and incident management
Monitoring, correction, and further development of interfaces (especially Seeburger EDI interface) in coordination with internal departments and external service providers
Contact person for external service providers and internal departments for CRM system related topics
Definition and provision of ad-hoc analyses, evaluations, and reports
Willingness to travel, including internationally

Your profile

Technical degree or equivalent education with excellent English skills
Experience in handling interfaces/data exchange with Salesforce (especially Seeburger EDI)
Experience in working with external service providers
Knowledge of capturing and implementing sales/commercial
