Your Profile

Paperwork is your thing You will be responsible for our office mail (incoming and outgoing, processing/distributing daily mail) and always keep an overview

You
open and scan mail for all departments in the office and ensure that your colleagues can work

Friendliness is your strength You will welcome our visitors from 8 am to 4:30 pm and also take care of our conference and break rooms

You
assist our external callers in finding the right contact person
