In collaboration with Supply Chain leaders, develop, implement, and manage a Frontline Supervisor Development Program that consists of: New Supervisor Onboarding - ensure newly promoted and hired frontline supervisors have the necessary skills to succeed in their new role by providing comprehensive training plans for supervisor positions Supervisor in Training (Rotational Program) - build a pipeline of high-potential Leads prepared to take Supervisor positions, when available, by providing a structured rotational program and comprehensive training plans for supervisor positions Supervisor Monthly Trainings - create and manage a monthly training calendar that covers topics needed to accomplish Continuous Improvement and People Goals Bi-Annual Supervisor Skills Assessment - measure progress improvements and identify action items to drive continuous skill development by executing an assessment built on supervisor competencies Advise and collaborate with the local plant training teams, in both Twin Falls and South Edmeston, to ensure hourly employees (operators, leads and technicians) are being properly trained (Operator Training, Maintenance Training, RCA & Troubleshooting Training, etc.) and that the training is meeting the needs of the business.
This includes appropriate metric and communication of progress across all departments Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders to develop a competency model for Supply Chain functions, using 'The Chobani Way' as the consistent foundation Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop a successful pre-screen assessment strategy to ensure appropriate skill level of prospective candidates Identify key metrics to help prioritize and monitor critical activities, ensuring consistent and effective tracking and reporting of progress Benchmark external best practices to identify opportunities for improvement Chobani-Wide L&D Strategy - SME forSupply Chain Function:
Serve as the lead and subject matter expert for the Supply Chain Function for the Chobani-Wide L&D Strategy as it relates to Leadership Development, Onboarding, 360 Assessments, Coaching, etc Ensure Chobani-wide offerings will meet the needs of the Supply Chain function and program roll-out plans will work effectively within the plants Provide specific focus and attention on the creation and execution of the Launch into Leadership Program In collaboration with the Chobani-wide L&D Team, implement the appropriate soft-skills training for Supply Chain leaders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or other applicable fields preferred Proven track record in creating, implementing, and measuring Learning and Development efforts within a manufacturing environment is preferred Proven track record in leading project teams, to work together cohesively and achieve results Strong ability to work effectively within onsite and remote teams, as well as to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade Creative and critical thinker Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented Strong ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and changing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Travel to the plants required About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place
