    Job Summary: The role of Purchasing Agent involves procuring essential equipment, materials, and tools required for the successful completion of installation and service projects. Ensuring the availability of all necessary items in stock or coordinating timely delivery to field staff is crucial. The Agent will manage purchasing and receiving activities systematically following approved company procedures, handling warranty claims, and maintaining accurate records.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in Inventory Management
    • Background in Supply Chain management
    • Clearance of drug and background screening
    • Proficiency in multitasking

    • Effective interpersonal communication and professional telephone etiquette
    • Enthusiastic and driven personality
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Accurate and timely completion of paperwork
    • Preference for HVAC industry experience
