- Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
- Train and educate construction personnel on safety procedures and best practices.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide recommendations for prevention.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor safety performance metrics and develop improvement strategies.
- OSHA 500 certification required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
- Ability to travel as needed to out of state projects.
- Proven experience in construction safety management.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
