Job Description:
The Client's Information Technology Division (ITD) is seeking a Technical Writer / System Analyst to work as a key member of the Design and Planning Team for IT network infrastructure projects. This role will work closely with the PMO office and be responsible for documenting procedures via job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams, and presentation decks. They will create, and update training programs, and conduct training as required. Responsibilities include analyzing problems; documenting business processes; developing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; and managing requirements traceability and testing. The client is a fast-paced organization with very high standards for work quality and efficiency. This position is expected to handle multiple projects and remain flexible and productive, despite changing priorities and processes. Ongoing improvement and efficiency is a part of our culture and each team member is expected to proactively contribute to process improvements.
