This person will collaborate with the existing development team to quickly grasp the system, provide support, and contribute to its growth.

Proficiency in specifying and designing technical solutions and showcasing expertise in developing solutions in partnership with customers.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly. Strong analytical capabilities.

Essential interpersonal skills, including teamwork, project sharing, and cooperation, contributing to technical and strategic development.

Ability to engage in business activities professionally and interact with individuals at all organizational levels, partners, and vendors.

Demonstrated aptitude for planning and organizing, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing time efficiently.
Capability to maintain strict confidentiality.
The skill to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be capable of engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Specifically, should listen to the requirements of business users, translate them into business and technical needs, and implement solutions using MS Dynamics CRM or xRM, COTS packages, or .NET.

Ability to break down business needs into testable system requirements for development and testing purposes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Essential background in system analysis
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft technologies
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
Experience in testing scripts and system testing is advantageous.
Knowledge of business processes and workflows is essential.
Familiarity with use cases is a bonus.
Experience with logical data flows is a bonus.
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and understanding project requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
Experience in the Public Sector is a bonus.
