    Job Summary:
    The Business Systems Analyst II plays a crucial role in software administration, training, and end-user support for various applications. Responsibilities include understanding business operations, leading efforts to streamline processes, and implementing new solutions to enhance efficiency for Operational & Accounting departments.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Key member of Application Support Teams (JDE, Envision, System Integrations)
    • Identifying and mastering additional software applications used by the organization
    • Designing and contributing to project development and software security
    • Maintaining and optimizing performance of new and existing software
    • Troubleshooting and resolving software issues
    • Testing, documenting, and managing software patches & releases
    • Providing post-resolution follow-ups
    • Collaborating with developers on enhancements
    • Documenting process flows & manuals for software systems
    • Conducting end-user training
    • Offering IT support for regulatory compliance
    • Performing additional requested duties

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent specialized training, along with a minimum of ten years related experience. Proficiency in project management, high motivation, and familiarity with JD Edwards Enterprise One and CRM software are advantageous.


    Skills and Abilities:
    • Project Management
    • Highly motivated and proactive
    • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, BI tools, and team collaboration
    • Knowledge of homebuilding accounting, costing, and purchasing
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills

    Working Conditions:
    Travel may be required.
