You will meet with families to help provide the right educational solution for their child. You will lead and manage a team that's passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
Key Qualifications
As a leader in the center, you hire, coach, and develop the team as well as educate other personnel about our unique business services. You generate new leads and build relationships, connecting over the phone, community events, or through in-store consultations. As a Sylvan Learning Center manager, you discover customer needs through initial inquiries and parent consultations. You generate new revenue by ensuring high quality programs are delivered while tracking your success with various metrics.
