    Job ResponsibilitiesIn person marketing with guests checking into our resortsSchedule the guest to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshopThe coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the updatePartner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shiftDistributing parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures to the guestMust meet production standards on a weekly basisJob Expectations and Requirements1 to 3 years of sales and or marketing experience is preferred, not requiredMaintain production standardsProficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devicesClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment within a shared spaceHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferredBenefits, Compensation, and TrainingComprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Coverage within 30 daysWeekly Base and Uncapped CommissionsInitial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale401K MatchingMonthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Recognition ProgramsHow You'll Be Rewarded:
