- Maintain communication with SVP, GM & Suppliers to ensure effective sales and merchandising of retail RTD programs.
- Act as the main contact and category manager to enhance share, distribution, and product placement, as well as supporting resets and product delivery for proper merchandising.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to guide DSM, ASM, and Sales Team members on RTD category priorities.
- Educate and train sales personnel, determine distribution strategies, and implement feature activities for the RTD category.
- Promote, expand, and manage RTD programs within different classes of trade.
- Create presentations for the RTD portfolio at sales meetings and other assigned companies.
- Address pricing issues and opportunities by chain promptly.
- Collaborate with chain department to enhance share, distribution, and product visibility within Chain class.
- Act as the advocate for the RTD Category within the company.
- Opportunities for new category development, leadership, and management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of shelves and vendors, handle product transportation safely.
- Adhere to safe work practices and procedures.
- Perform all assigned duties to meet company objectives.
- Participate in internal and external training programs.
- Show enthusiasm for learning and personal development.
- Reflect GDH Mission and Values in community interactions.
- Proficient in using office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
- Skilled in operations management software, including VIP and RAS.
- Preferably a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience, with at least three years in sales management.
- Proficiency in transportation management software, specifically RAS and VIP.
- Personable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to pass background checks.
- Strong skills in Selling, Merchandising, Communication, Problem-Solving, and Information Systems.
- Knowledge of NA Category, Trade Trends, and Channels of Trade.
- Demonstrated ability to work with teams, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Required to walk and communicate frequently.
- Occasionally stand, sit, handle objects, and reach.
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Visual abilities include close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
- Exposed to mechanical equipment and airborne particles occasionally.
- Frequent traveling to different GDH sites.
- Occasional weekend or overtime work may be required.
