    Description

    Job Description:

    CornerStone Staffing is looking for a Sales Support Analyst in Jacksonville, FL to work at one of the largest independent specialty pharmacies in the US. This position provides a great chance to be part of a dynamic team, supporting the sales efforts and ensuring smooth operations.

    Details:

    • Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256 (*Onsite*)
    • ID: 145008
    • Pay: $27/Hr.
    • Schedule: Mon-Fri (7:30 am - 4 pm)

    Responsibilities:
    • Review and process DEA 222 forms following specified procedures
    • Handle service level reporting and communicate order status
    • Collaborate with different departments to find solutions for ordering challenges
    • Use imaging software and established procedures for form processing
    • Manage customer/sales calls related to controlled substances
    • Provide inventory support and track orders
    • Coordinate purchasing tasks for controlled substance projects
    • Support in developing and implementing new processes

    Requirements:
    • Microsoft Excel proficiency
    • 2+ years of customer service experience
