    Description

    Join our team as an Associate Operations Support Analyst at Citi!

    The Associate Operations Support Analyst position involves providing crucial operational support services such as record maintenance, storage, account management, and account opening. Acting as a bridge between operations staff, relationship managers, and clients, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in creating, executing, and validating User Acceptance test plans
    • Review project requirements to meet timelines and quality expectations
    • Generate reports like Management Information Systems (MIS) and financial forecasts
    • Research and interpret data for consistency
    • Support team training and provide testing assistance
    • Create basic management presentations
    • Help in trouble ticket resolution and new tester training
    • Assess risks in business decisions to protect Citigroup's reputation and assets

    Qualifications:

    • 0-2 years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge of Business Banking and Citi Commercial Banking Products
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Clear verbal and written communication

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    This is just an overview of the role, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

    Required Shift:

    Tuesday - Saturday with rotating Sunday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
