We are seeking a Business Analyst to become an integral part of our team You will analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency

Responsibilities:

Use data to understand business patterns and trends
Analyze internal and external data through data research
Communicate findings to internal staff and clients through standard and ad hoc reports
Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to translate client requests/bugs into technical requirements
Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of client campaigns in order to prioritize, manage, and execute enhancements, recommending improvements to increase their effectiveness.
Support Data Management processes and controls
Perform other related duties as assigned.

* Salesforce Experience (Sales and Service) * Flows, Formulas, Object management, Pardot, Reporting) * Excel Proficiency (formulas, lookups, macros) * Ability to troubleshoot problems reported by clients and diagnose the root cause * Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and collaborate with team members and clients.

* Experience working with clients/customers to help define and influence business requirements, bridging the gap between marketing and operations through development and testing to ensure that the completed work meets business needs.

* Ability to manage, track, and monitor multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proven ability to deliver results with minimal direction. * Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to process information quickly and act to resolve issues. * Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or other related field * Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting * Strong attention to detail * Ability to prioritize and multitask
