    Essential Job Functions:

    • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
    • Assist senior mechanics in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
    • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems.
    • Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience as a Mechanic Assistant or Lube Tech is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Valid driver's license.
