Description

We are looking for you - Starting immediately, full-time for our client in the mechanical engineering industry in Radebeul.

Your responsibilities:

Processing and technical review of all incoming customer inquiries and orders
Checking prices and availability of parts, as well as monitoring orders
Creating quotes for various services in German and English
Written and verbal communication with customers
Creating item numbers and parts lists
Maintaining prices for spare parts and consumables

Your qualifications:

Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or energy electrician with several years of professional experience and a degree as a technician or master (m/f/d)
Technical knowledge of sheetfed offset printing machines is an advantage
Proficient in working with parts lists, spare parts documentation, and technical drawings
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Willingness to work in a 2shift system, including a 24hour emergency service according to a schedule
