- Developing internal communications programs that create positive recognition of the company's vision, values and business strategies and to increase team member engagement
- Writing and/or editing organizational announcements, initiative-specific communications and talking points, including the coordination of employee-related events, including announcements regarding benefits, human resource matters, IT communications, facilities information, company functions and senior leadership changes
- Managing and/or preparing content, coordinating and executing virtual and in-person town hall programs and company meetings, celebrations or other events
- Supporting conferences hosted by various groups within the company, including annual store director conference and product partner conference
- Creating and delivering content, slide presentation and internal communications support for major projects
- Creating content for and otherwise maintaining corporate intranet; interfacing with functional leaders to gather and make relevant information available on intranet
- Partnering closely with other communications and DEI teams to inform and advise on ongoing communications
- Supporting leadership and strategic delivery in driving consistent messaging that is clear, conversational, and engaging, with the right tone and information
- Acting as a communication advisor to internal partners by providing support and guidance of our procedures and best practices on how to effectively communicate
- Working within the variety of tools and channels (email, SharePoint, events, ambient, video)

The Senior Manager of Communications will be responsible for planning, budgeting, executing and measuring the effectiveness of At Home's home office internal communications programs, especially focused on employee engagement and human capital strategies. Must be able to effectively collaborate across multiple departments and levels of leadership to help drive more cohesive and impactful messaging and content delivers, as well as lead ad hoc projects. Strong communications experience and ability to build strong team member engagement throughout the entire organization.
