We are currently seeking a Grapevine Coordinator to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Organizing, preparing, and following up on seminars
- Assisting supervisors with administrative tasks and correspondence
- Maintaining company records using designated software
- Responding to customer inquiries via written and telephone communication within your area of expertise
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinating the planning and followup for both internal and external meetings.
