    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Description: Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic team near Jacksonville, FL. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students by providing high-quality speech therapy services in a school setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and social success.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
    • Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and other professional development activities as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Current Florida state license or eligibility for licensure.
    • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
