    We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise activities of all on-site managers.
    • Oversee and coordinate collection of data from on-site managers.
    • Review new tenants rental applications submitted by on-site managers.
    • Order and review credit checks on all tenants.
    • Provide guidance to on-site managers that investigate and resolve tenant complaints
    • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
    • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
    • Provide training to new on-site managers.
    • Assist on-site managers enforcing property rules and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in property management.
    • Familiarity with real estate leases and related documents.
    • Ability to build rapport with owners and on-site managers
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
