- 2+ year of residential or commercial property management experience including budget preparation/financial reporting, familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, and administration.
- A minimum of one year experience in a customer service-related industry and one-year residential leasing experience, OR a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience is preferred.
- Applicants for the job must have a car and be willing to visit properties as needed.
- A California real estate license is Required .
- Experience using property management software AppFolio.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize Hours & Commitment:This is a full-time position. Compensation commensurate with experience. Opportunity for commission with California Real Estate license.
- Rent Collections - monthly rent receivables
- Delinquencies - collecting past due rents, maintaining communication with tenants and landlords
- Maintenance / Repairs / Remodeling - ensuring work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion and communicated regularly to tenant and landlord
- Rental Evaluations & Marketing Campaigns
- Leasing and Contractual Agreements - showings, application review, writing leases 2
- Tenant Move-in / Move-out
- Resolve tenant complaints
- Financials / Monthly Reports
- Legal / Evictions
- New property & client onboarding
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Special projects, as needed
