- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college in education, public administration, publicpolicy, data analytics, economics, business, management science, operations research,or a closely related field
- Master's degree in above fields or Ed.
- Working knowledge of Munis
- Knowledge of financial processes in educational settings
- Four (4) years of school operations, school strategy, school administrative, Federalprograms, and/or business experience
- Strong financial acumen preferably in the school context, such as School ActivityFunds, general and bond dollars, federal programs, understanding impact ofenrollment, attendance and per pupil expenditures
- Experience with different instructional models and/or school site master scheduling highlydesired
- Strong analytical skills that inform problem-solving and decision-making capacity
- Demonstrated customer service skills, leadership ability, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Google Drive

The Central Strategy Partner is a central team support role assigned to a group of teams to provide strategic planning and resource use support to team leaders across all sources of funding.
