- Managing digital and hardware platforms and working with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve problems, and/or satisfy their expectations in order to provide quality products and services.
- Ensuring configuration management process and procedures are followed using application and system enhancements and modifications from an Agile DevSecOps framework.
- Leading multi-agency working groups or task forces and federal and contractor staff on development, installation, system integration and configuration, testing and acceptance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, end user assistance and training, information security, and system/database administration.
- Managing/leading and analyzing business processes and workflow procedures; gathering information from consultation with managers and individual users, studies work products, and observing work processes to ensure the timely.
- Provides technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialist and to plan, organize, and direct team study work and to negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations.
