    Description

    Founded in 2003, Lydecker is a growing AV-rated full-service law firm with over 140 attorneys in thirteen offices throughout Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, and Georgia.

    We currently have openings for Associate Attorneys with 1-6 years of experience in our Miami office in Brickell working in the following practice areas:

    • employment defense
    • premises liability defense
    • general liability defense
    • insurance coverage
    • first party property defense
    • bodily injury defense
    • product liability defense

    Candidates must possess at least 1 year of civil defense litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense litigation, have a current Florida bar license in good standing, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to deliver excellent client service.

    We offer junior attorneys the ability to learn and grow professionally in small practice group environments, gaining hands-on litigation experience while working directly with Partners and more senior attorneys while providing flexibility our modern lives demand.

    Some of our practice groups are fully remote, some on-site, most are hybrid.
