    Description

    Job Summary:

    Our law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team.

    -The successful candidate will be responsible for representing commercial clients in legal disputes, and providing expert legal advice on a variety of complex matters.

    -The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in commercial litigation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Job Responsibilities:


    • Represent commercial clients in legal disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, and other complex matters.


    • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and arguments.


    • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.


    • Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses for trial, and represent clients in court proceedings.


    • Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes.


    • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a variety of complex matters.


    • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to achieve client goals. Requirements:


    • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.


    • Admitted to practice law in the state where the firm is located.


    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.


    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.


    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
