Fred Beans Family of Dealerships is currently looking for a Parts Counterperson in Doylestown PA
The Parts Counterperson will assist internal customers and Technicians with parts requests to ensure that the correct part is obtained the first time.
Hours:
M-F 7:30am-5 PM Saturday 7am-3pm

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
- Mirror matches parts for the assistance of Technicians
- Costs parts on invoice
- Coordinates with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are met
- Stocks incoming product and tracks inventory
- Handle some retail customers at our parts counter.
- Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in
Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;
- Valid driver's license with good driving history
- At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
- Ability to interact with coworkers and customers in a professional manner
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to change
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Automotive knowledge will be a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical Requirements for Position: Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
