    Description
    Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown is currently looking for a Sales Assistant to
    help assist one of our top Sales Staff with day to day responsibilities

    Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


    • Entering customers into CRM, inputting used car descriptions,
    uploading used car pictures, ordering brochures, providing
    administrative support to sales.


    • Answer incoming phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate
    department or individual, or takes a message.


    • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and
    efficient manner.


    • Obtain basic demographic information about each customer, using an
    ups card, a computer system, a log sheet or other method established
    by the dealership.


    • Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely
    manner.


    • Assist with clerical duties as requested.
    • Maintain a professional appearance.
    • Other tasks may be assigned.

    Requirements


    • Proficiency in basic computer skills, must also meet qualifications for
    a Sales consultant.


    • High school diploma.
    • Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Strong focus on quality, integrity, customer satisfaction and
    professionalism.


    • Excellent communication and listening skills
