    **Description**

    The Regional Sales Manager of FAHI is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of sales strategies, techniques, training, and field support to achieve the volume growth objectives of Renovate Americas consumer lending business. This role defines the distribution strategy for our consumer lending products, prioritizes our various sales channels to optimize growth and relationship value, and facilitates the execution of that strategy cross-functionally in support of Renovate Americas overall growth objectives including supporting HERO and Benji volume targets.

    **EXPECTATIONS**

    Achieves sales growth targets for Renovate America consumer lending products .

    Leads sales strategy and tactics as it relates to consumer lending products, including establishing aggressive and achievable originations plans by market.

    Develops and oversees sales training, practices, and incentives specific to consumer lending products.

    Proactively pursues opportunities with Business Development to maximize value for strategic and affiliate partnerships through our consumer lending programs.

    Be the voice of the channel to guide product development and process improvement initiatives within the Consumer Lending organization and supporting teams.

    Cultivates and manages strong relationships with Channel Sales and Inside Sales to support their volume and contractor relationship objectives.

    Provides industry expertise and guidance to other members of the Consumer Lending organization.

    Ensures that the contractor channel is supported in an integrated way to deliver multi-product offerings to the marketplace.

    Delivers succinct reports on a regularly defined basis with details on progress toward consumer lending volume goals and other key objectives.

    Supports Channel Sales in California, expansion of consumer lending products into new markets, and supports key Business Development national relationships.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    **EDUCATION - REQUIRED**

    BA - Bachelor of Arts

    **EDUCATION - FIELD(S)/PROFESSION(S)**

    Finance, Economics or Business Administration.

    **EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**

    Minimum 7+ years of experience in Sales and Sales Performance Management.

    Experience within the Finance or Home Improvement Industry, highly preferred.

    Demonstrated ability to build and achieve successful sales plans required.

    Excellent communication skills.

    Demonstrated networking, prospecting, persuasion, and closing skills.

    Flexible, innovative and able to manage priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.

    Advanced proficiency in sales measurement & reporting, adept at sales analytics and data-driven decisions.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

    Proficiency with sales related software (i.e. SalesForce), preferred.

    Extensive knowledge in areas of business development, sales training and management, and origination of consumer credit products.
