As one of several analysis teams in the market follow-up, we work for the real estate sector, developers, and construction projects.

We continuously support our long-standing collaboration with our commercial real estate clients and, together with the account managers, take responsibility for new and existing business.

Our focus is on large residential, office, or logistics projects in the Cologne/Bonn metropolitan area, including individual large credit commitments and syndicated loans.

Depending on the size and complexity of the clients, responsibility is concentrated on a fixed customer base.

In exceptional cases, individual solutions are developed and discussed together, if necessary with the involvement of other team members or departments.

Your tasks - this is how we inspire you

You analyze risks and create credit proposals for new and existing business, including rating and evaluation of economic conditions. A key focus is regularly on project risk. You transparently present the risks and provide understandable justifications for your assessments.
You support existing business in all technical and economic matters, including ongoing internal reporting and deliveries for external requirements (supervision, auditors).
