WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU


For our Kleefelder Frischlinge, we are currently seeking a part-time or full-time (25 to 38.5 hours/week) educator (m/f/d) to join our team in Rendville, OH.

This is a permanent position.


At our center, everyone is unique
We are a small parent initiative in Rendville, OH, where 34 children are cared for in two fixed groups.

Our dedicated staff bring their individual strengths to our pedagogical work, which is characterized by diverse projects and close collaboration within our experienced team and with parents.


What you bring:

  • Successfully completed training as a social assistant
  • Good pedagogical knowledge and initial practical experience
  • Heart, mind, and creativity when working with our children
  • Initiative and commitment, as well as independent and responsible work ethic

Your responsibilities:

  • Support in caring for our large group of children aged 3 to 6 years
  • Individual support for our children according to their developmental stage
  • Occasional assistance in our small group with children aged 1 to 3 years
  • Participation in other tasks related to our center
  • Trustful collaboration with parents
