    Eagle's Trace is a beautiful 70-acre continuing care retirement community located just minutes from the metroplex in West Houston, Texas.

    We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

    We are hiring for a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. All of our clients live within our community, so there is no travel involved


    Compensation:
    Commensurate with experience, starting at $15 / hr


    How you will make an impact:

    • Providing leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager
    • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
    • Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule
    • May be asked to assist with setups, requiring movement of furniture.
    • Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments
    • Training, mentoring and coaching new employees.

    What you will need:


    • One to three years experience in Housekeeping
    • Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred) must have excellent; customer service, communication, and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
    • Ability to use and operate all required equipment
    • Ability to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each other
    • Strong knowledge of Housekeeping operations.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
