- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Marketing, related degree, or related field experience in lieu of degree.
- Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL) a plus.
- Certified Professional Sales Professional (CPSP) a plus.
- Seven (7) years of general sales experience.
- Five (5) years of sales management experience.
- Two (2) years of boiler, HVAC, plumbing, or other related industry experience.
- Experience in closing large deals with long sales cycles.

Location of Position:
San Antonio, TX
The Position:
As a Willbanks Area Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within a designated region.
Your primary objective will be to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and strengthen relationships with clients and channel partners.
As an Area Manager you will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful promotion and distribution of boiler products and solutions.
What you'll doDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned region, aligning it with the company's overall sales objectives and growth targets.
Track, analyze and own implementation of sales metrics in CRM.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners in the region.
Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and address challenges to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and customer base within the region.
Prepare sales forecasts, budget plans, and periodic reports on sales performance for the region.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Oversee and guide the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help team members achieve their potential.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Represent Willbanks, Inc. at all trade shows, professional meetings and industry forums as deemed appropriate by Sales Management.
Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
