- Your responsibilities include independently communicating with our customers via email, social media, and phone in a witty, charming, and empathetic manner.
- You will support and advise our customers in all matters.
- With each interaction, you will bring a smile to the customer's face and use your creativity.
- You will contribute with your own initiative and make suggestions for improving internal processes.
- You will act as the interface between all departments at JUNIQE.
ABOUT YOU
- You are funny, creative, and have a lot of initiative.
- Ideally, you have a completed degree or training or previous work experience in customer service.
- You are solutionoriented and think outside the box.
- You can work customeroriented even under stress and adapt quickly to different situations.
- You always remain friendly and have the ability to empathize with every customer.
- You are a team player.
- Your German language skills are excellent.
- Our office language is English, so very good English skills are a big plus.
HOW WE WORK
Our light-filled office is located in a renovated factory building on the border between Mitte and Kreuzberg, just a stone's throw from the Spree River and the Markthalle Neun.
