  • Your responsibilities include independently communicating with our customers via email, social media, and phone in a witty, charming, and empathetic manner.
  • You will support and advise our customers in all matters.
  • With each interaction, you will bring a smile to the customer's face and use your creativity.
  • You will contribute with your own initiative and make suggestions for improving internal processes.
  • You will act as the interface between all departments at JUNIQE.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are funny, creative, and have a lot of initiative.
  • Ideally, you have a completed degree or training or previous work experience in customer service.
  • You are solutionoriented and think outside the box.
  • You can work customeroriented even under stress and adapt quickly to different situations.
  • You always remain friendly and have the ability to empathize with every customer.
  • You are a team player.
  • Your German language skills are excellent.
  • Our office language is English, so very good English skills are a big plus.

HOW WE WORK


Our light-filled office is located in a renovated factory building on the border between Mitte and Kreuzberg, just a stone's throw from the Spree River and the Markthalle Neun.

As for working, we currently follow a hybrid model, a combination of in-office and home office.
