- Manage Sales Processes: You'll oversee all non-selling sales activities, ensuring sales forecasting, customer profitability, and sales team activities are managed efficiently. You'll work closely with shared service groups to enhance processes and report all sales KPIs to ITAD leadership.
- Manage Pricing: Constantly review and adjust pricing strategies to support our sales team with competitive offerings.
- Lead Generation: Utilize your industry knowledge and experience to generate leads and support the sales team.
- Project Work: Lead continuous improvement projects that enhance sales efforts and promote a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge in sales, business acumen, and CRM/ERP software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Purpose & Summary: As the Sales Operations Manager, you are the cornerstone of our ITAD department, championing sales enablement activities and ensuring our sales team focuses primarily on what they do best - selling and generating business. This role is not just about managing processes; it's about weaving a thread of efficiency and connectivity across various departments and units. You'll be mining for cost-saving opportunities, overseeing customer onboarding, managing deals, analyzing pricing, and crafting comprehensive sales procedures. Your role is instrumental in shaping the path our sales team takes, making sure every step taken is a leap towards growth and success.
Responsibilities include:
Required Education & Experience: Associate's degree in a business-related field (sales, marketing, leadership) and at least one to three years of experience, with a preference for those with general business admin and professional support experience.
