To strengthen our DRK nursing home Käthe-Bernhardt-Haus in Husum, we need your support.
We are looking for a nursing specialist m/f/d in full-time or part-time.

Your tasks:

Creation of action plans, implementation of activating care, execution of medical orders/treatment care, end-of-life care, participation in medical diagnostics and therapy, observation and transmission of information, recording, transmission and documentation of resident-specific data and information in nursing documentation, evaluation and assessment within the framework of the nursing process, maintaining contact with residents and their families, active participation in case discussions, participation in daily structuring measures, implementation of prophylaxis, organization of social and cultural activities, adherence to hygiene standards, conducting and participating in nursing visits, participation in quality management, economical use of energy and materials.
