We are currently looking for a Deputy Workshop Manager for our Duisburg branch.

Responsibilities:

As Deputy Workshop Manager in the bicycle department, you will work independently and roll up your sleeves. You will lead a diverse team of individuals and effortlessly bring out the best in each of them. You will be in the middle of the action, ensuring smooth operations within the service and workshop teams. You will also be the main point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and additional equipment. In short, you will keep the service and workshop running smoothly. As a leader, your actions will be guided by effective analysis and quick, pragmatic decision-making.
