About the Role

Do you have a background in warranty or insurance claims and know how an auto dealership works? Are you interested in working from home? This could be a rewarding opportunity for you

As a remote Warranty Pre-Authorization Specialist at Morley, you'll use your customer service expertise to help dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish.

You are responsible for effectively pre-authorizing the replacement of warranty components, reviewing warranty claims and working closely with automotive dealers regarding the pre-approval program.

What You'll Do

Expertly work in warranty claim administration to provide claim support to automotive dealerships
Analyze trends and identify optimal procedures
Work as a team to provide support to various stakeholders
Provide excellent customer service

Skills for Success

Eligibility Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in warranty administration and/or insurance claims
Have an understanding of the automotive dealership environment
Demonstrated analytical and process-oriented skills?
Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
