    Assistant Controller

    Overview of the Assistant Controller role:

    • Support the Controller in overseeing the company's financial operations and processes.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting principles.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to senior management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and reporting.
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
    • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and controls.
    • Provide support during external audits and regulatory examinations.

    Preferred requirements for the Assistant Controller:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of accounting experience
